Smart Thermostat Professional Installation Rebate

Installing a new smart thermostat can be intimidating, especially for homeowners in older dwellings. With OPPD’s Smart Thermostat Professional Installation Rebate, we’ve got you covered. Now you can have a trusted contractor set up your device and then receive a rebate to cover the cost.

Why Professional Installation?

Reliable Expertise
Avoid worrying about compatibility with older homes, accidentally damaging the device and simply not knowing how to install it yourself. The pros know what to do.
Peace of Mind
The idea of working with electrical wires concerns some customers without those skills. Calling in a contractor ensures that the process will be done quickly, efficiently and safely.
Effortless Savings
Lower your monthly savings by up to 25% simply by having a smart thermostat. Then add up to $130 of additional incentives for your first year of enrollment in the Smart Thermostat Program.

How It Works

Grasp the thermostat with your fingers on the top and thumb on the bottom and pull the thermostat directly off the wall plate. If it does not separate, refer to your owner’s manual to see how it is removed from the wall. Please see below for supported brands’ instructions on how to find model numbers.
