OPPD is committed to securing the privacy of its customers’ personal information. Information Collection

Except as set forth in this Privacy Statement, OPPD does not collect personal information on the Website unless such information is voluntarily provided by visitors during their visit to the Website. Personal information may be voluntarily submitted through account registration, questionnaires, website correspondence, surveys, bill payment and other means. The Website also automatically collects and stores certain information regarding interactions between your web browser, the Website and other, unrelated, websites that are accessed through your browser, including visitor IP address and the web pages accessed. OPPD may also collect certain information provided by your web browser, including browser type, version, and language preference.

OPPD and certain third-party service providers will have access to information pertaining to large scale usage patterns of the Website for support of internal operations, including maintaining functionality of the Website, diagnosing issues with the Website, analyzing trends, providing more efficient service, and maintaining and/or enhancing security for users. THE WEBSITE DOES NOT SOLICIT OR KNOWINGLY COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM VISITORS UNDER AGE 13, AND IS IN NO WAY DIRECTED AT CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13. IN THE EVENT THAT WE LEARN THAT WE HAVE COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM A CHILD UNDER AGE 13 WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT (OTHER THAN COLLECTION FOR THE SUPPORT OF INTERNAL OPERATIONS AS SET FORTH BELOW), WE WILL DELETE THAT INFORMATION AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

Marketing and Surveys

All personal information collected by OPPD is used exclusively for the purpose of serving your needs and administering our account relationships. It is not OPPD’s policy to sell or distribute your private information without your permission, unless we are legally required to do so.

OPPD may disclose certain information with third parties to assist in bettering your experience with our Website. For example, OPPD may partner with other companies to further develop the Website, process account payment transactions, send account notification messages and analyze data collected by the Website. OPPD has partnered with certain third-party social media services to offer you their services through OPPD's Website. For example, you can use third-party social media services, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and others to share information about your experience on the Website with your friends and followers on those services. These social media services may be able to collect information about you, including your activity on the Website. How We Protect Your Information

Employee Access to Information

We have procedures that limit employee access to personally identifiable information to those employees who have a business reason to know such information about you. We educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy through standard operating procedures, special training programs and our policies on ethics. We take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce employee privacy responsibilities.

MyAccount Access Information

If you chose to manage your account online through MyAccount, you are subject to the terms expressly set forth in the section of MyAccount. Customers participating in this service are able to access their account information through a User Name and password set by the customer, and the participating customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords. We do not obtain the knowledge of your password.

Electronic Bill Payment Services

If you chose to remit payment through Electronic Bill Payment Services, you are subject to the terms expressly set forth in the section of Electronic Bill Payment Services. Customers participating in this service are able to access their account information through authentications set by the service. We will only disclose a customer’s account information to third parties: (i) where it is necessary for completing transactions; (ii) in order to comply with a governmental agency or court order; or (iii) if a customer gives OPPD prior written permission to disclose such information.
