This is tailored to large commercial customers. Please contact us to sign up for EDI with OPPD.
Enrolled Payment
Pay the bill online using a checking or savings account, or bankcard*. You can save the bank information and bankcard's information with this payment option. it's free and you will receive an email payment confirmation upon submission of payment.
*Certain rates are not permitted to use credit cards. Please refer to the Service Regulations.
One-Time Payment
Pay bill online using a checking or savings account, or bankcard*. If you have paid with the automated phone system and stored bank information or bankcard’s information, it will be available online as well. You will need the account number and the last 4 digits of the employee identification number or Tax ID number. Payment Card Industry Security Standards require a secure browser for online payments. Payment Partners
Payment Partners are conveniently located at more than 30 MoneyGram locations throughout OPPD's service territory, including all Walmart and CVS stores. Payments post to your account within a half hour. Full or partial cash only payments are accepted, with no added service fees. You will need your OPPD account number and OPPD Receive Code 15412.
