Sustainable savings with ENERGY STAR® Rebates
ENERGY STAR® has been a trusted symbol of energy efficiency for decades, making it an excellent partner for rebate programs like ours. By participating in ENERGY STAR® programs, businesses can gain valuable insights into their energy usage, identify cost-saving opportunities and receive rebates of up to $40,000 for benchmarking and improving building performance.
These programs encourage sustainable practices, reduce energy costs and boost the overall value and competitiveness of buildings of all sizes.
Why ENERGY STAR®?
Lower Cost
ENERGY STAR® certified buildings cost less to operate, and those lower operational costs translate to high net income. And after providing a history of reliable energy efficiency, these buildings are also valued higher if sold.
Better Rental Rates
Compared to similar buildings, ENERGY STAR® certified buildings have fewer vacancies. Verified ENERGY STAR® certified buildings get better financing terms for commercial mortgages, can ask for higher rents, have higher occupancy rates and are the only places eligible to lease space to federal tenants.
Sustainable Values
People prefer to work for companies with similar values to their own; as the workforce becomes more invested in environmental concerns, evidence that companies take these issues seriously helps attract and retain talent.
