Flexible Rebates for All Building Sizes
Our rebate program offers financial support for buildings of 20,000 square feet or smaller, with rebates of up to 40% of project costs or $.75 per square foot of heating and cooling conditioned space. Buildings over 20,000 square feet qualify for rebates covering up to 30% or $.65 per square foot of heating and cooling conditioned space.
Boosted Energy Efficiency
Implementing a modern BMS can cut energy consumption by at least 10%, ensuring precise energy control and savings through advanced communication protocols and programmable controls.
Sustainable Solutions
To qualify, buildings must use the EPA’s ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager tool to benchmark the energy use of their building and track energy savings achieved from the BMS project for at least three years to help maintain long-term efficiency and a positive environmental impact.

To be eligible for rebates, training is required for facility staff, ensuring they are effectively equipped to manage the new system and work toward energy savings.

Buildings up to 300,000 square feet can earn substantial savings based on size and conditioned space — we offer rebates up to $4,000 for smaller buildings and $30,000 for larger ones — making energy optimization more affordable.
