Please note: EIS solutions from OPPD include a monthly subscription fee, which appears as a line item on your OPPD bill. This fee covers secure data hosting, system maintenance and ongoing support.

Additionally, EIS equipment and subscription are required to participate in certain OPPD FlexDemand programs. In those cases, the subscription fee is offset by a reduction in your monthly FlexDemand credit.
