Brian Adams joined OPPD in October 2019 as Programs and Planning Manager in the Financial Services business unit. He was appointed Chief of Staff in September 2021.

Adams came to OPPD from Deloitte Global, the parent organization of Deloitte entities around the globe, encompassing over 300,000 professionals in more than 120 countries. His efforts focused primarily on process improvement, process automation, organizational realignment, and project execution.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Adams spent nine years with Booz Allen Hamilton, an international consulting firm, mostly focused on supporting the U.S. Department of Defense. Adams holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame, as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. He retains a certification as a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute and keeps up that certification through continuing education opportunities.
